Villa Bonita Estate is designed for families, executive groups and refined travelers who value privacy, comfort and resort-style living in Medellín. Set within a quiet residential area of El Poblado, it offers generous indoor–outdoor spaces where guests can gather, dine, unwind and retreat with complete privacy.
Eight en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning welcome up to 19 guests. Days unfold around a heated pool with jacuzzi, two Turkish-style steam rooms — one gold-toned by the pool, one private to the primary suite — an outdoor fire lounge, tropical gardens and a billiards lounge for long evenings.
Daily housekeeping (8:30 AM – 2:30 PM), a personal welcome and property orientation, 24/7 on-call guest support, L’Occitane toiletries and discreet overnight security (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) are all included.
Available on request at an additional cost: our partner private chef for in-villa dinners and BBQs (minimum 8 guests, 48 hours’ notice), airport transportation, private drivers, in-villa spa services and grocery pre-stocking.

Yes. The villa has a heated private pool with a jacuzzi, plus two Turkish-style steam rooms, an outdoor fire lounge and tropical gardens.

In a quiet residential area of El Poblado, Medellín, about 3 minutes by car from the Provenza dining district and 45–60 minutes from José María Córdova airport (MDE). The exact address is shared after booking.
What is included in the stay?

Can we host a party or event?
No. The villa is in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not suitable for parties; DJs and sound systems are not allowed, and quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Private family dinners and celebrations for registered guests are welcome.
Are pets allowed?
One pet is welcome at no charge — please let us know in advance.
How does payment work when booking direct?
Rates are shown in US dollars. A 25% deposit confirms the reservation and the balance is due 14 days before arrival; bookings within 14 days of arrival are paid in full. Online payments are processed by Wompi (Bancolombia) in Colombian pesos.
